CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine Successfully Prepared for Shipment

Xiamen Xinhonghua Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently completed the production and final inspection of a CZ purlin roll forming machine for an overseas customer.

The machine is designed for the production of C and Z purlins widely used in steel structure buildings, warehouses, workshops, roofing systems, and other construction projects.

Before shipment, our technical team carried out a complete machine test to check the forming accuracy, punching system, cutting system, transmission system, and PLC control system. The machine operated smoothly and the finished purlins met the required profile specifications.

The CZ purlin machine can be customized according to different profile sizes, material thicknesses, punching layouts, production speeds, and electrical standards.

After completing the inspection and testing process, the machine was carefully packed and prepared for transportation.
