Revolutionizing Steel Construction: Xinhonghua’s 30m/min CZ Purlin Machine Becomes Industry Benchmark

As the global prefabricated steel building industry booms, rising labor costs and tighter project schedules push metal processing factories to upgrade high-efficiency intelligent roll forming equipment.

After 18 months of R&D and repeated field testing, Xinhonghua Machinery officially released its upgraded full-automatic CZ interchangeable purlin forming machine in May 2026, which has quickly become the best-selling flagship model of our factory this year.

Different from traditional outdated purlin equipment with manual roller replacement, this new unit adopts our patented one-key automatic size adjustment system. Operators can switch width (100–300mm) and height (30–80mm) parameters via Siemens touch screen within 30 seconds, and realize automatic rotation switching between C-type and Z-type purlins without disassembling any forming rollers, cutting production downtime by over 70%.

Equipped with a reinforced thick H-beam anti-vibration base, the maximum stable production speed reaches 30m/min, doubling the output of conventional 15m/min machines. All forming rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel with vacuum heat treatment, with a service life up to 800,000 running meters. The servo flying cutting system ensures cutting tolerance controlled within ±1mm, producing flat, burr-free purlins without deformation, perfectly matching the high-precision requirements of modern warehouse and factory steel structures.

The whole production line only requires one operator for 24-hour continuous mass production, greatly reducing labor expenditure for metal processing plants. Since its launch, over 40 sets of this new CZ machine have been ordered by domestic steel structure manufacturers, and bulk orders have been confirmed by clients from Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
